How to change your
motorcycle’s brake pads
1 Unbolt the caliper and slide it off the disc. There is no need to
disconnect the hydraulic fluid hose.
2 Remove the pad retaining pin,
one or two may be fitted and
they’ll either be threaded in
place or a drive-fit. Now remove
the old pads from the caliper
noting how they locate.
